Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan and schedule appointments and events Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls, emails, faxes Open and distribute mail and parcels Maintains office supplies Assists others as directed Process certified payroll and lien release documents Review subcontractor and supplier certificate of insurance Deliver bids in person to locations throughout Western Washington Update computer systems by data entry Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks Qualifications and
Experience:
Previous experience in construction office administration or other related fields is preferred Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (word, excel, and outlook) and standard industry databases.
The employee must occasionally lift and or move up to 30 pounds.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
