This is an entry level job.
This duties of this position include working in our Spanaway shop and assisting with labor as needed, to include cleaning, painting, organizing, mechanical assistance and picking up and delivering parts with a company vehicle.
Applicants shall:
Have a current and valid driver's license, free of any major violations (applicants under the age of 25 must have a clean driving record) and a functional vehicle or reliable independent means of transportation to and from the shop.
Punctuality and reliability are a baseline requirement at RPD.
Pass an initial drug test and subsequent random drug tests.
Be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
and participate in potentially strenuous activities.
Have a willingness to work hard to complete tasks set before them.
Respect authorities' decisions and the rules and values of the company.
Be flexible in their work schedule.
Compensation and benefits include:
Starting pay is $20-$25 DOE with discretionary pay raises and bonuses available.
New employees are entitled to full medical, vision and dental insurance coverage (100% of premiums paid by RPD) on the first day of the month following a 60-day eligibility period.
Spouses and children are entitled to full medical and vision insurance coverage on the first day of the month following a 12-month eligibility period.
RPD offers a 401K Plan for each employee with eligibility beginning after 12-months of consecutive employment with RPD.
The company offers 100% contribution matching up to 8% of the employee's gross earnings.
RPD offers one week of un-bankable paid vacation after three years of consecutive employment and two weeks after six.
