MultiCare, Washington's largest community-based locally governed health system, is partnering with Emerus to build new off-campus emergency rooms (OCEDs) in the South Puget Sound region. Emerus, America's first and largest operator of micro-hospitals and off-campus EDs, has cared for more than 1 million patients so far. We're building a team of experienced healthcare professionals who understand how to combine compassion and speed when every second counts.
The first OCED, located in Parkland, WA is scheduled to open in Q2 2019.
Position Overview
Our Clinical Director will work closely with MultiCare to ensure the success of their off-campus EDs. We're searching for a capable leader to provide oversight of clinical, financial, and operational activities. If selected, we'll rely on you to bring strong leadership and operational skills. Your passion for empathetic, collaborative care will set a positive example for the teams you lead. As a clinical leader, you'll monitor the standards of nursing practice, assure the availability of essential resources, including clinical staff, and will partner with other functions across MultiCare to achieve excellent patient outcomes, timely customer service, and other key objectives.

• Current Washington State RN license by start date
• 8 years clinical experience
• 5 years progressively responsible managerial experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
